Williams Lake

 altBranch # 10 Williams Lake
Williams Lake has a population of 11,000 people and is located 200 km north of Cache Creek on Highway 97. This is ranching country with one of the best stampedes around. This four day event was officially started in 1920.

  • Regular meetings / jams
  • 16 members with 10 musicians
  • Thursdays at 6:30 PM til 9:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 139, at 385 Barnard Street.  Also on the second Monday of the months (Sept to June) at Deni House (extended care wing of the hospital) 1:00 – 2:00, then Senior’s Village at 2:30 to 3:30 PM
  •  Branch 10 has 18 fiddles of various sizes (plus a few that have gone missing) that we make available to families at low cost.  It saves them having to buy an instrument for people who think they would like to learn to play.  We can, at times, supply a larger instrument as they grow.
